The Big Hoot (as seen on My Unique B&B - Nigel and Maria’s Caravan) is our unique Sipson Showman’s ‘living van’ comprising of two caravans that are designed to join together to form one large caravan which can sleep two adults and two children/teenagers.

The caravan has a large living room, kitchen and dining area, double bedroom, two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. It is situated in a secluded location on the farm with lots of private outside space, including a rustic built-in seat between the A-frames of the caravan to enjoy the views of the orchard and fields beyond. There are also slides and an indoor play barn with a trampoline, table tennis and ride-on toys to entertain the kids.

You are welcome to explore and meet our two billy goats ‘Kevin’ and ‘Alfie’, who live with our ducks and hens. You will probably be greeted on arrival by our dog, ‘Pippin’, who is super friendly.

We welcome one friendly dog, but we sometimes have sheep on the farm, so they need to be very well-behaved.
